Contrast injectors are used to inject contrast media into the body to enhance the visibility of tissues for certain medical imaging procedures. As technology has advanced, these medical devices have gone from simple manual injectors to automated systems that not only precisely control the amount of contrast media agent being used, but also function automatically. In addition, automated data collection and bespoke doses for each patient are also facilitated.
